Wallabies centre Christian Lealiifano will make his Super Rugby return from the Brumbies’ bench, while his centre partner Tevita Kuridrani is back into starting XV for the Melbourne Rebels clash this Friday.
Lealiifano has spent the last five months in rehabilitation after undergoing surgery on his right ankle to adjust problems associated with his last reconstruction in 2012.
Test outside centre Kuridrani, who missed last week’s win against the Stormers due to a funeral in Fiji, pushes Andrew Smith to the bench.
Reserve halfback Conrad Hoffman will also replace Michael Dowsett on the bench.
The Brumbies forward pack remains unchanged for the clash at AAMI Park.
