Australian punters are rallying behind Alex Pullin to win our nation’s first gold medal of the 2014 Sochi Games, backing the man they call ‘Chumpy’ from $4.50 into $3.50 favouritism at Sportingbet to win the snowboard cross.
Pullin tops the betting ahead of America’s Nate Holland and Austria’s Markus Schairer, both at $5.50.
