We have an absolutely stacked card for UFC 269 in Las Vegas this Sunday afternoon headlined by a Lightweight title fight between Charles Oliveira and Dustin Poirier.

Also on the card are former champions Cody Garbrandt and Dominick Cruz as as well as Sean O’Malley and BAM BAM Tuivasa!

Our full UFC 269: Oliveira vs Poirier Tips & Preview can be read below.

Charles Oliveira vs Dustin Poirier – Dustin Poirier To Win @ $1.60

Charles Oliveira captures UFC gold at UFC 262 back in May when he beat Michael Chandler by TKO in the second round.

That fight did not go entirely to plan though, as the Brazilian was rocked by a Chandler right hand in the first round that almost finished the fight.

He earned that title shot through nine consecutive wins in the UFC and he holds UFC records for most Submission Wins (14) and Most Finishes (17).

Chandler is the only fighter in that win streak that is ranked inside the top 5 in the Lightweight division and he has now lost two from three in the promotion.

The only loss on Dustin Poirier’s record in his last 10 fights was to the Lightweight GOAT Khabib Nurmagomedov, a man that Oliveira managed to avoid.

In fact, eight of Poirier’s last nine fights have been against former UFC champions.

Oliveira has fought none.

There is no doubting that Oliveira is a danger to anyone should the fight hit the canvas but if there is anyone where this threat is minimized dramatically it is Poirier.

He is one of the most well rounded fighters in the UFC and he is a horrible match up for Oliveira in my opinion.

The fight will be won in the striking department, an advantage that is massively in Dustin Poirier’s favour.

Amanda Nunes vs Julianna Pena – Amanda Nunes By KO/TKO/Submission

Amanda Nunes has another mismatch on her hands.

Someone has to fight her and in this circumstance it is Julianne Pena who comes into this title fight with two wins from her last four fights.

Those losses did come against quality opponents in Valentina Shevchenko and Germaine de Randamie.

She is simply outclassed in this fight.

There is no other way to put it really.

Amanda Nunes is dominant all off facets of Mixed Martials Arts over Pena and I can’t see this one needing the judges decision.

Cody Garbrandt vs Kai Kara France – Cody Garbrandt To Win @ $1.73

Kiwi Kai Kara France will welcome former UFC Bantamweight Champion Cody Garbrandt to the Flyweight divisioon on Sunday.

He won his first three fights inside the UFC promotion and has since won two of his last four including a first round KO win over Rogerio Bontorin in March.

Garbrandt was forced into a corner after losing four of his last five fights in the Bantamweight division dating back to November 2017 when he lost his belt to T.J Dillashaw.

There is no doubting that this fight is a drop down in class from what he is used to but he should not be taking this fight lightly against a very determined and well rounded fighter with plenty at stake.

The weight cut will not be an easy one from all reports and this fight may hinge on just how depleted Garbrandt.

It really is hard to go tip against the former UFC champion, despite his current losing streak, I just think he has too many weapons for Kara France on the feet.
