Sydney Sixers vs Perth Scorchers Preview
Just three weeks ago this would have been a flogging, but tonight’s match between the table-topping Sixers and the resurgent Scorchers could very well now be the fixture of the season, and a preview of this year’s decider.
The Sixers are always there abouts, but there is no denying that this is one of their most consistent Big Bash campaigns to date, and they have stridden 6 points clear of the chasing pack following Wednesday night’s tight win over crosstown rivals the Thunder.
The Scorchers remain one of, if not the league’s most successful franchise, and after going 0-3 at the beginning of the season something clicked, and they simply haven’t looked back.
This market deserves to be a tight one but I am happy to continue backing the Scorchers until they give me a reason not to.
