Preview:

The Denver Broncos (9-2) pay a visit to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs (9-2) for AFC West supremacy.

Both of the AFC’s top two teams are coming off of rough weeks which saw both teams lose close games.

The Broncos blew a 24-0 halftime lead versus the New England Patriots, en route to a 34-31 overtime loss in Foxborough. The Chiefs held a 38-34 lead versus the San Diego Chargers late in the fourth quarter, before allowing a Philip Rivers game-winning touchdown pass with less than 30 seconds remaining.

For the second time in three weeks, the Broncos-Chiefs will battle for first place in the division. Just two weeks prior, Denver and Kansas City faced off at Mile High on Sunday Night Football. The Broncos ended up defeating the Chiefs by a score of 27-17.

Despite Denver’s loss to New England, the Broncos still sit in the driver’s seat for the No. 1 seed in the AFC. The same applies to Kansas City, despite a two-game losing streak. If the Chiefs defeat the Broncos in Week 13 and win out, Kansas City would be the AFC’s top seed.
