Warriors Lillyman faces NRL high hit fine

Warriors prop Jacob Lillyman is facing a fine after being charged by the NRL Match Review Committee for a grade one careless high tackle during their clash with the Storm.

Lillyman was charged for the hit on Melbourne prop Jordan McLean in the 20th minute of their AAMI Park match.

Lillyman can accept a $1,100 fine with an early guilty plea or faces a $1,500 penalty if he contests the charge at the NRL judiciary and is found guilty.
