Penrith’s finals push has received a major boost with veteran Peter Wallace set to make his long-awaited return for Saturday’s NRL clash with Gold Coast.
Wallace, who hasn’t played since suffering a groin injury that ruled him out of a State of Origin call-up in game one, trained strongly with skipper Matt Moylan (hamstring) on Tuesday.
“Good to go this week. It’s been a fairly long stint but back this week,” Wallace said.
