Penrith supremo Phil Gould has dismissed speculation that star halfback Peter Wallace will leave the Panthers before the 2016 NRL season kick-off to play in the Super League.
News Corp’s The Australian reported on Monday that Wallace was set to sensationally walk away from Penrith and head overseas.
“PANTHER FANS Media report suggesting Peter Wallace leaving for UK prior to commencement of 2016 season are totally incorrect & without basis,” Gould tweeted.
