Gold Coast centre Nathan Davis is hopeful he will be able to return from a horrific leg injury in time to try to secure his place in the Titans’ round-one side.
Davis dislocated and broke his right ankle at the end of June, and has only returned to running in the past six weeks.
“The leg’s feeling great,” he said. “It’s coming along slowly but it’s not going to take much to get it to full training.”
