The first of the NRL Elimination Finals is against the Sydney Roosters and the Canberra Raiders which is shaping up to be a cracking match.

The Roosters gave away too much of a head start to the Panthers on the weekend and couldn’t quite reel them back in having conceded a worrying amount of points again.

The Raiders were very sharp in their win over Cronulla and head into this game with plenty of confidence and form on their side.

The game really will be decided by which Roosters team decides to show up with the side being very hit and miss of late.

If the best Roosters team shows up they will win however we have only seen that in small patches in recent weeks and they are leaking a lot of points.

This looks to be a pretty high scoring affair which should come down to the wire.
