Following one of the most crushing defeats in their history, the Canterbury Bulldogs are set to face the South Sydney Rabbitohs at Accor Stadium on Saturday night. Their 66-0 loss against the Knights last Sunday equaled the low point of their 2021 season when they were defeated by Manly. The Rabbitohs, who had struggled recently with just one win in their last five matches, returned to winning ways with a solid 28-6 victory over the Warriors. Sitting in seventh place, just two points away from the top four, the Rabbitohs face a challenging end to their season, with this game being their last in Sydney until Round 27. With four players on Origin duty, the Rabbitohs will have Dean Hawkins, Siliva Havili, Ben Lovett, and Shaquai Mitchell in their starting lineup. The Bulldogs have recently signed Toby Sexton, who immediately takes the halfbackposition for the team after joining on Tuesday.
