Kangaroos coach Tim Sheens admits he is nervous ahead of Friday night’s trans-Tasman Test in Brisbane but has refused to speculate on his future.
Sheens signed a one-year contract extension in February to hold the reins for Australia’s sole 2015 Test.
But his position is set to come under question with a 2017 World Cup looming if New Zealand notch their third straight win over Australia, the first time they have achieved the feat since 1953.
