Shaun Kenny-Dowall’s NRL career hangs in limbo after he was released from the Sydney Roosters following his illicit drug charge.
The former Kiwis centre hasn’t played since he was allegedly caught by police with cocaine last month, and the Roosters released him from the final months of his contract on Tuesday.
“Shaun has made a significant contribution to the Roosters’ on-field success across his 13 years at the Club, and for that, we thank him,” Sydney Roosters chief executive Joe Kelly said.
