Roosters re-sign Nuuausala to 2015

The Sydney Roosters have re-signed forward Frank-Paul Nuuausala for another two NRL seasons.

The contract extension will keep the New Zealand representative at the club until the end of 2015.

The 26-year-old has played 116 NRL games since debuting in 2007 and says the deal means a lot to him.

“I have been at the Roosters since I was 19 and the club and everyone who’s a part of it mean so much to me,” Nuuausala said in a statement on Tuesday.

“I can feel that we are building towards something special here and I am so happy that I will continue to be a part of it.”

Roosters chief operating officer of football, Brian Canavan, praised Nuuausala’s loyalty.

“Frank-Paul has been a stand-out player for us so far this year and has worked tirelessly to develop himself on and away from the football field,” said Canavan.
