Former Gold Coast Titans centre James Roberts is set to fill the big shoes left by retired captain Justin Hodges after signing a two-year NRL deal with Brisbane.
The reigning Dally M Centre of the Year knocked back offers from South Sydney and St George Illawarra to link with the Broncos.
Roberts, 22, is a free agent after a Titans contract forgery bungle.
