The Rugby League Accredited Player Agents Scheme’s committee have officially announced the suspension of David Riolo, George Mimis and Isaac Moses following their involvement in the Melbourne Storm salary-cap scandal.
The committee found that each of the agents had breached the rules of the scheme and the Code of Ethics for accredited agents.
In a statement, the committee said the accreditation of Riolo, Mimis and Moses had been suspended until October 31, 2012.
Allan Gainey, who manages South Sydney and former Melbourne centre Greg Inglis, was issued with a caution.
Riolo, Mimis and Moses were all unavailable for comment following the announcement, with all three believed to be seeking further legal advice to appeal the decision.
