Ricky Stuart is hopeful of luring a mystery player to Canberra on a three-year deal.
The Raiders’ coach has poured cold water on reports the club is looking at capping player contracts at two years.
Stuart has also flagged they hope to announce a current player re-signing on a three-year contract, but again won’t reveal who it is.
