Penrith Panthers vs Melbourne Storm – 2020 NRL Grand Final Odds, Big Bets and Betting Preview

Melbourne will be contesting their fourth grand final in five years on Sunday night and they are now $1.70 favourites at TAB to defeat Penrith ($2.25) in the 2020 premiership decider at ANZ Stadium.

Once the grand finalists were confirmed last Saturday night, the Storm opened $1.75 and have received 70 percent of support from TAB customers which has resulted in them tightening to $1.70.

One TAB punter on Monday plonked $25,000 at $1.75 on Melbourne to win Sunday night’s grand final for a potential collect of $43,750 and the backing for the Storm has seen the Panthers drift from $2.10 to $2.25.

Two TAB customers have their fingers crossed that Penrith will be the 2020 NRL premiers after they placed bets in late September on the Panthers to remain undefeated this year.

On September 22, one bet of $5000 at $7 was placed on Penrith to go through the remainder of this season unbeaten while on September 23, a $10,000 wager at $6 was plonked on the Panthers to ultimately end this year on an 18-game winning streak.

Cameron Smith is the $3.75 favourite to win the Clive Churchill Medal with 29 percent of the backing from TAB customers while Nathan Cleary ($4.25) has attracted 27 percent of interest.

Josh Addo-Carr and Suliasi Vunivalu share favouritism at $8.50 for the first tryscorer of the 2020 NRL grand final.
