Gold Coast coach Neil Henry says it is unlikely that recruit Nathan Peats will make his Titans NRL debut on Monday night against the Sydney Roosters.
Henry said former Parramatta rake Peats might need time to settle upon his arrival after signing an immediate 18-month deal to help the Eels to be salary-cap compliant.
“We’re not sure. It’s been a rush,” Henry said.
“There’s a possibility but I would say he’s very doubtful to play on Monday night given the short turnaround.”
