The second game of three set down for Saturday sees last placed Parramatta up against third placed Manly and, it could be a long, long night for the home side.
Manly have won their past four games by an average of 24 points with this string of victories commencing with a 50 – 10 walloping of Parramatta back in Round 17.
The Manly side will be licking their lips at the prospect of another rout and just a brief look at the stats and head to head history, it is more than likely that a repeat performance will occur.
Parramatta has lost their past nine matches by an average of over 22 points. They haven’t been able to score more than ten points in any of their past four outings and won one of their past five against Manly.
Manly have been able to keep a strong team together for the past few rounds after frustrating run of injuries, this has seen the Sea Eagles come “good” at the right time of year however, they do have to face Sydney Roosters, Melbourne and next week, the NZ Warriors, so will be looking for a polished performance here in readiness for a tough month ahead.
