Round 10 kicks off on Thursday night with a crucial clash between the Parramatta Eels and the Dolphins at CommBank Stadium. Both teams are coming off disappointing Magic Round defeats, with Parramatta falling 28-18 to Cronulla, despite scoring 12 points while the Sharks were a player down. The Eels’ loss dropped them to the bottom of the ladder, highlighting their struggles.

The Dolphins, meanwhile, couldn’t stop the Roosters in a 36-26 loss and have now lost eight straight games outside of Queensland. However, they did hand Parramatta a heavy 44-16 defeat in Darwin last season. With the conditions in Sydney set to be different, the Dolphins welcome back Felise Kaufusi and Kurt Donoghoe to the starting side, while Jeremy Marshall-King is sidelined and Mark Nicholls moves to the bench.

For the Eels, there’s just one change, with Matt Doorey replacing Sam Tuivaiti on the interchange. Both sides will be eager to turn their seasons around with a much-needed win.
