NZ beat Australia 22-10 in rugby sevens

New Zealand beat Australia 22-10 on Saturday to advance to the quarter-finals of the Tokyo rugby sevens tournament.

Tomasi Cama, Bryce Heem, D.J. Forbes and Waisake Naholo all ran in tries in windy conditions as New Zealand wrapped up first place in Pool B.

However, Australia still advanced to Sunday’s quarter-finals, where they will face Wales, who beat Argentina 17-5.

New Zealand will clash with Argentina in the quarter-finals.

England defeated Fiji 14-7 in their final pool match to set up a quarter-final clash with South Africa.

Samoa, who impressed with a 38-7 victory against South Africa in their final pool match, will face Fiji in the fourth quarter-final.

Tokyo is the seventh of nine rounds in the world series.
