NSW have named Nathan Cleary and Tariq Sims for the State of Origin decider despite both players being in doubt for the clash.
Cleary is attempting to recover in time from an ankle sprain, while Sims will fight to overturn a dangerous contact charge at the NRL judiciary on Tuesday.
David Klemmer was overlooked despite his successful return from a wrist injury over the weekend, while Wade Graham remains on the bench.
Clint Gutherson has been named 18th man.
