TAB punters loaded up on Penrith just before kick off in the 2021 NRL Grand Final – and it paid dividends.
Money for most of the week but had been for Souths but by the end of match, Penrith held 51 percent of the money in the Head-to-Head market (including live bets) while Souths accounted for 49 percent.
The Panthers were $1.65 at kick-off while Souths were $2.20 and at half-time, with the Panthers up by two points, TAB had Ivan Cleary’s side $1.45 favourites (with Souths $2.70).
