North Queensland Cowboys vs Parramatta Eels Preview
North Queensland enters Friday night in strong form and will expect another positive result when Parramatta visits Townsville. The Cowboys have won six of their past seven games and continue to improve offensively, with Scott Drinkwater steering the side superbly alongside Tom Dearden. Parramatta showed glimpses against the Warriors last week but defensive issues again proved costly, leaving the Eels with five losses from their past six matches. Injuries continue to hurt the visitors, particularly through the spine and backline, while North Queensland appears to be building confidence each week. Jason Taumalolo’s milestone appearance should also provide extra motivation for the home side. Although Parramatta has enjoyed success in this matchup historically, the Cowboys’ current form, cohesion and attacking fluency make them difficult to oppose heading into this clash.
Head To Head Bet
We're tipping North Queensland Cowboys to win at $1.36 odds.
