Morris open to England switch

Canterbury winger Brett Morris has refused to rule out making a shock switch to play rugby league for England.

England coach Wayne Bennett is reportedly interested in poaching Morris, his brother Josh and Newcastle playmaker Trent Hodkinson for this year’s Four Nations series.

Morris qualifies for England through his grandparents and says, despite representing Australia 18 times, he will keep his options open about a possible change of allegiances.
