Manly lose Sironen for at least 8 weeks

Manly back-rower Curtis Sironen will have surgery on a torn pectoral muscle, ruling him out for at least eight weeks of NRL action.

He suffered the injury in a tackle in the Sea Eagles’ win over Cronulla last Sunday.

The former Wests Tigers forward is arguably one of the most improved players in the competition following his move to the Sea Eagles this year.
