Manly have suffered a blow ahead of Monday night’s NRL match against Penrith with star duo Brett Stewart and Kieran Foran ruled out because of injury.

Foran has battled a hamstring injury all week while Stewart suffered rib cartilage damage in last week’s shock loss to Parramatta.

Foran is replaced by older brother Liam Foran at five-eighth while Dean Whare will fill in for Stewart at fullback.

The Panthers squad for the Brookvale Oval match is unchanged.
