Luke Lewis has revealed he has agreed to a one-year NRL contract extension which will keep the veteran back-rower at Cronulla until the end of 2017.
Off-contract at the end of this year, the 33-year-old has agreed to terms but is yet to put pen to paper.
He was rumoured to be in negotiations with South Sydney but elected to stay put as the club fights for an elusive maiden premiership.
