Sydney Roosters signing Luke Keary is confident of gelling quickly with halves partner Mitchell Pearce despite not playing a minute together during the NRL pre-season.
Roosters fans will get their first look at their new playmaking combination when they face Gold Coast in their season-opener on Saturday.
“It’s a long season. You train enough together to know each other. I’ve gotten to know him pretty well, so it shouldn’t be too bad,” Keary said on Monday.
