Englishman Joe Burgess will make his NRL debut for Sydney Roosters on Sunday after being drafted in for the injured Daniel Tupou.
Burgess will come onto the wing against South Sydney at Allianz Stadium in the first-round fixture after Tupou withdrew with an ankle injury.
The Rabbitohs have made no changes to their 17 named on Tuesday.
