Canberra Raiders NRL player Jack Wighton will be sentenced on assault charges later in the year after a brief appearance in court.
The 25-year-old faced ACT Magistrates Court on Friday where he was directed to return for sentencing on November 14.
He pleaded guilty in June to two charges of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, three of common assault and one of public urination from an incident in Canberra’s CBD on February 3.
