South Sydney captain Greg Inglis is set to return to the NRL club this week after spending time in a rehab clinic for depression treatment.
The Rabbitohs said Inglis, who is out for the season recovering from an ACL injury, had left rehab last week and been spending time with family before rejoining teammates at Redfern, potentially either on Tuesday or Wednesday.
“It’ll be great to have him back. He’s a great character around the sheds, I think the boys certainly missed him,” stand-in captain Sam Burgess said on Monday.
