South Sydney superstar Greg Inglis has been cleared to back up from State of Origin I and run out for the Rabbitohs against the Gold Coast on Saturday.

Rabbitohs coach Michael Maguire said Inglis trained on Friday and was a certainty to take on the Titans in their NRL round-12 clash on the Gold Coast.

Maguire resisted the temptation to rest Inglis, who battled tonsilitis in the lead-up to Wednesday night’s State of Origin opener.
