Konrad Hurrell has been released by Auckland-based NRL side the Warriors.
The struggling club said in a statement on Wednesday they had reached an agreement to release the 24-year-old centre immediately.
He made the last of his three NRL appearances this season against Manly on April 3 and played 71 times for the Warriors.
