Gold Coast coach Neil Henry insists he is unconcerned by reports Jarryd Hayne has shown interest in a possible NRL return to Parramatta in 2018.

Hayne has an option to leave the Titans at the end of the year, and his representatives have reportedly sent the Eels an expression of interest.

Henry said on Tuesday he was hopeful Hayne would stay but the fullback star was entitled to explore his options.

“He can do it and, as (Titans chief executive) Graham Annesley said, he’s got the option his way – it’s up to him to exercise that,” Henry said.
