Penrith supremo Phil Gould is set to exit the NRL club as early as Wednesday.
Discussions are under way about his departure which could be sealed at a Panthers board meeting on Wednesday.
It’s unclear whether football general manager Gould has fallen on his sword or has been pushed out.
