Foran named Eels captain for 2016

Parramatta marquee signing Kieran Foran has been handed the captaincy for the 2016 season.

Coach Brad Arthur made the announcement at the Eels’ season launch at Parramatta Leagues club.

Veteran prop Tim Mannah was named club captain.
