NSW coach Brad Fittler has given Matt Prior the nod over Ryan James to fill the final spot in the 17 to take on Queensland in State of Origin II on Sunday.
Prior comes in after game-one prop Reagan Campbell-Gillard broke his jaw playing for Penrith last week.
“The similarities between him and Reagan Campbell-Gillard tipped us that way,” Fittler said on Tuesday night.
