The 26-year-old, who began his career with the Canberra Raiders, got his side off and running with an eighth-minute try and went on to kick six goals.
Also on the scoresheet for Rovers were Omari Caro, Dale Ferguson, Kris Welham, Graeme Horne, Greg Eden, Chris Heil and Craig Hall – with Gareth Hock, Rhys Hanbury and Alex Gerrard tries merely consolation for Vikings.
Meanwhile London Broncos are still searching for their first win of the campaign after a 28-0 humbling at home to Wakefield Wildcats.
Ben Cockayne crossed twice while Danny Kirmond, Peter Fox and Richard Mathers also added tries for the visitors.
