Canterbury star Josh Reynolds admits the Bulldogs are hurting in the wake of their embarrassing NRL loss to North Queensland.

The fifth-placed Bulldogs had their four-game winning streak snapped when they were smashed 36-0 by premiers the Cowboys last week, bringing into question their premiership chances.

The Dogs face St George Illawarra in round 21 of the NRL on Friday night. “It’s fair to say there’ll be guys out there on the weekend trying to prove a point,” star Josh Reynolds said on Tuesday.
