Sam Burgess has been discharged from hospital on Tuesday afternoon.
Burgess spent two nights at St Vincent’s Hospital after being taken off on a stretcher during South Sydney’s 8-6 NRL loss to St George Illawarra at the SCG on Sunday.
He was cleared of serious neck and spinal damage early Monday morning, but it is yet to be seen how long he will be sidelined.
