Warriors chief executive Jim Doyle is adamant Kieran Foran has yet to sign with Canterbury and hasn’t given up hope of re-signing his star five-eighth beyond the end of this NRL season.
Doyle said Bulldogs boss Raelene Castle texted him late on Thursday night to deny reports the club had reached an agreement with the New Zealand international.
“I got a text message from the Bulldogs CEO after midnight last night saying, ‘Despite what’s on the backpage of the newspaper, we’ve got no agreement with Kieran, we’ve got no contract with Kieran Foran,” Doyle said on Friday.
