Broncos stickwith same 17 for Tigers

Brisbane coach Anthony Griffin has named and unchanged 17-man squad for Good Friday’s NRL clash with the Wests Tigers.

The same 17 that outlasted St George Illawarra 28-20 will line up against the out-of-sorts Tigers who’ll be boosted by the return from suspension of hooker Robbie Farah although having lost key forward Gareth Ellis for the big clash with a foot injury.

Injured locked Corey Parker (thumb ligaments) completed Tuesday’s full training session including some physical contact work but is unlikely to be a late inclusion against the Tigers.

Brisbane’s 17-man squad is: Josh Hoffman, Gerard Beale, Jack Reed, Justin Hoffman, Dale Copley, Corey Norman, Peter Wallace, Ben Hannant, Andrew McCullough, Petero Civoniceva, Alex Glenn, Sam Thaiday (c) Matt Gillett. Interchange: Ben Hunt, Josh McGuire, Ben Te’o, Scott Anderson.
