2021 NRL All-Star Game Odds and Betting Preview – Indigenous vs Maori

Following the news that seven Melbourne players were ruled out of the NRL All-Star Game, the Indigenous team has become strong $1.52 favourites at TAB to defeat the Maori team ($2.55) at Queensland Country Bank Stadium in Townsville on Saturday night.

The Indigenous All-Stars were $2 outsiders at TAB on February 12 (Maori All-Stars $1.80) before the announcement that the recent COVID-19 lockdown in Victoria would exclude Storm players from participating in the All-Star Game.

Since betting re-opened on Monday morning, the Indigenous All-Stars have firmed from $1.65 to $1.52 while the Maori All-Stars have drifted from $2.25 to $2.55.

The Indigenous side will be without Josh Addo-Carr while the Maori side lost Nelson Asofa-Solomona, Jesse and Kenny Bromwich, Jahrome Hughes, Brandon and Reimis Smith from their squad.
