At the time of writing, the status of Ryan Tannehill remains very much in question for this game so how you approach it from a betting perspective depends on what you want to interpret from reports so far.
Admittedly he is at best a supporting cast member in the Titans offence with Derrick Henry coming off a 200 yard day against the Texans, but having a quarterback the coaching staff trusts to make a throw when needed makes a huge difference.

Derrick Henry is averaging league leading 107.9 rushing yards per game and if he can get going early, he can keep the ball away from Patrick Mahomes and give the Titans a shot in this one.
They might not win but they do have a pretty clear path to keeping things close with Henry.
