There is one simple deciding factor for this game, only one team is capable of scoring more than 20 points.

Tennessee is just not up to standard this season and they have reached that number twice this season, once in Week 4 against Miami, only breaking it in the fourth quarter with the Dolphins giving them multiple short fields.

The other time was an overtime win over New England where they needed a fifth period to get to 20 points.

Houston on the other hand has plenty of average to poor performances this season but have found a way to get to that many points in eight of their games and beat up on a bad Dallas team last week.
