While the Bengals at home are the underdogs I am leaning towards them because of the improvements to their offensive line in recent weeks. Burrow has been sacked 3 times in 2 weeks and the Ravens are averaging 2 sacks a game on the year so far.

Burrow should have heaps of time on his feet and we’ve seen that when he does, he can really embarrass teams. $2.40 is value for a Bengals W.
