Rain has struck Phillip Island ahead of the weekend’s V8 Supercars meet, slowing down Saturday’s practice session.
The wet conditions meant no driver came within a second of Scott McLaughlin’s new lap record set on a sunny Friday.
Reigning champion Mark Winterbottom was quickest, followed by the three Triple Eight cars.
Qualifying on Saturday begins at 1:30pm, with the 120km race starting at 4:30pm.
