Craig Lowndes says he’s relishing the pressure of having to win all three races at this weekend’s V8 Supercars finale in Sydney in order to cause a title boilover.
Second-placed Lowndes must sweep this weekend’s Sydney 500 meeting if he is to overhaul series leader Mark Winterbottom’s 179-point lead and claim his first championship since 1999.
The 41-year-old Red Bull Racing driver says anything can happen at the tight street circuit at Sydney Olympic Park and he welcomes the challenge.
